2. Platform Purpose
EmploCheck is a platform for verified employers to evaluate employees using structured rating criteria. Ratings are visible only to verified employer accounts.
3. Account Requirements
- You must be a verified employer or authorized HR representative.
- Fake accounts, impersonation, or unverified identities are prohibited.
- We may request business documents to verify legitimacy.
4. Rating Obligations
Employers agree to:
- Provide honest, fair, and fact-based evaluations
- Avoid offensive language, discrimination, harassment, or defamation
- Rate employees only when a real working relationship existed
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Uploading false or harmful information
- Attempting to access private data
- Reverse-engineering the platform
- Manipulating ratings
6. Liability Disclaimer
The platform provides employer-generated ratings. XX Consulting LLC is not liable for user-submitted content, except where required by U.S. law.
7. Termination
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Sarasota County, FL.
