What is EmploCheck?
EmploCheck is an employer-to-employer rating platform where businesses can evaluate employees based on performance, behavior, reliability, professionalism and attitude. Submitting ratings is always free. Viewing employee ratings will be available in 2026.
Is rating employees legal?
Yes. In the United States, employers may document internal employee performance and share it with other employers, as long as it is factual, employer-verified and compliant with relevant privacy laws.
Is EmploCheck anonymous for employers?
Yes. Employees cannot see their rating. Only verified employers have access to the rating ecosystem.
Is rating employees free?
Yes. Submitting employee ratings is free for all employers. Access to view ratings of other companies begins in 2026 under subscription plans.
Do I need an account to leave ratings?
Yes. You must create a verified business account before submitting any employee ratings.
Can employees see their own ratings?
No. Employee access is not provided. EmploCheck is strictly employer-to-employer.
What type of information can employers rate?
Reliability, teamwork, communication, attitude, behavior, professionalism, punctuality, responsibility, performance quality, and workplace safety compliance.
Are ratings moderated?
Yes. All ratings are automatically scanned and manually reviewed to prevent unfair, offensive or non-factual content.
Can I edit or delete a rating later?
Yes. Employers may update or remove their own ratings at any time from the dashboard.
When will I be able to view ratings of other employers?
Viewing ratings from other employers launches in 2026.
Can employees dispute a rating?
No. Employees cannot access or dispute ratings. EmploCheck is strictly employer-to-employer and anonymous.
Is EmploCheck available worldwide?
Yes. Any verified employer can create an account. Rating access is universal. Viewing ratings begins globally in 2026.
Which industries use EmploCheck?
Restaurants, hospitality, retail, childcare, warehouses, logistics, cleaning services, delivery, healthcare and office environments.
What information is forbidden in ratings?
Illegal content, discrimination, medical information, protected classes, personal attacks or unverified accusations.
Can I import employees in bulk?
Yes. Bulk import is supported through CSV upload starting 2026.
What is an Employer Score?
A weighted performance score based on reliability, professionalism, teamwork, communication, punctuality and workplace behavior.
Can I download my ratings?
Yes. All your submitted employee ratings can be exported securely as PDF or CSV.
What happens if I rate an employee who also worked elsewhere?
In 2026, that employee will automatically show multiple ratings from previous employers — creating a full performance history.
Is EmploCheck a background check?
No. It is not a criminal background service. It is an employer performance and behavior evaluation tool.
Can EmploCheck help reduce turnover?
Yes. By avoiding bad hires and identifying high-quality staff, businesses reduce training costs and staff turnover.
Is my business verified manually?
Yes. Each employer is verified to ensure authenticity, fraud prevention and secure rating access.
Can I remove an employee from my list?
Yes. Employers may archive or remove employees from their dashboard anytime.

Yes. It is designed for single-location shops up to enterprise-level chains.
Are ratings shared with the public?
No. Ratings are visible only to verified employers and never published publicly.
Does EmploCheck store personal employee data?
Only minimal work-related attributes (position, state, age bracket) — no sensitive personal information.
Can my business face legal risk for rating?
No, as long as ratings are factual, non-discriminatory and employer-verified. EmploCheck enforces strict compliance.
Do you protect against fake ratings?
Yes. Strict identity verification, fraud detection and manual moderation prevent falsified ratings.
Can employees request deletion under GDPR?
No. EmploCheck stores employer opinion, not employee-submitted data. Employers may delete ratings, not employees.
