EmploCheck.com – Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Information

EmploCheck.com provides digital employer evaluation and verification services. Due to the nature of a digital subscription platform, refunds may only be granted under the terms outlined below.

2. Subscription Cancellation

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the account dashboard.
  • Cancellation stops future billing.
  • The current billing period continues until its end — no partial refunds for unused days.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are granted only if:
  • The service was unavailable for more than 48 hours due to a platform-wide outage
  • A billing error occurred on our side
  • A subscription was charged after timely cancellation

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Monthly subscription fees after service usage
  • Employer credits already used
  • Any custom verification services

5. Requesting a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge to:

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
