Employee Rating – How It Works

How do I rate an employee?
Simply create a free employer account, add the employee’s name and dates of employment, and complete the structured rating form.
What kind of information is rated?
Employers can rate reliability, professionalism, teamwork, behavior, attendance, performance, learning ability, communication, and overall attitude.
Can I attach documentation?
Yes, you may optionally attach internal notes or HR documentation. These are visible only to employers with verified access.
What if an employee performed exceptionally well?
Positive ratings are highly encouraged. EmploCheck helps great employees receive recognition when applying to future employers.
What if an employee was problematic?
You may report factual issues such as attendance, attitude, misconduct, reliability, or poor performance — without defamation and always truth-based.

Are ratings legally compliant?
Yes. All ratings follow US employment law and are stored securely. No rating contains sensitive personal data beyond employment-related information.
Is EmploCheck GDPR compliant?
Yes. EmploCheck follows GDPR, CCPA, and US data protection standards. No data is public. Only verified employers can access it.
Can employees request removal?
Only if a rating violates guidelines or is proven false. Valid employer feedback cannot be deleted by the employee.
How is data secured?

No. It is not a criminal background service. It is an employer performance and behavior evaluation tool.
